Do You Have a Problem With food?For most people, food is a simple matter of eating when you feel hungry but for others, there is a much more complicated relationship which is often hard for others to understand. Compulsive overeating is not to be confused with bulimia which is also a horrible condition to suffer from. The two involve binging on food but are not identical. There are a few things that can help this condition and addressing the emotional factors behind it is the best way forward. It's best to cure the cause and not the symptoms and it can be difficult to find the real cause of eating disorders. It is a very difficult concept but, getting your head around this is possible. It is first necessary to clear away the negative emotions and make way for positive new thinking. |
